Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• This role supports Credit Risk priorities of business via planning, prioritization, and project execution. The role is responsible for delivering, strategic and operating plans, as well as craft presentations for key stakeholders.

  Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It

• Manages the development and implementation of business and/or customer service strategies, performance updates, and optimization strategies that support business goals.

  Mitigates business risk while designing process and strategy changes which improve key performance indicators within span of control.

  Drives continuous improvement through process discipline and innovation by partnering with technology and/or other cross-functional teams to implement digital servicing capabilities to minimize key stakeholder and/or customer experience friction and reduce costs.

  Supports operations and other business partners through design, implementation, administration, and testing of processes and strategies in all business/customer service channels.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing or related

• 4+ years of Customer Service or Business related

• In lieu of Education, 8 + years of Customer Service or Business related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
