Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network.
  • Responsible for managing web environment design, user experience, deployment, development and maintenance activities. Performs quality assurance testing of web sites and web applications.
  • Translates business requirements into system specifications and provides them to technology teams. Provide oversight for research efforts; ensure quality of technical solution and deliverables.  Enhances, optimizes, and automates existing processes, procedures and policies.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You’ll Do It

  • Partners with compliance, risk, and policy stakeholders to refine user and business requirements. Processes requirements into web channel strategy, features, and information architecture.
  • Leads the web site/digital platforms governance process and tracks the health of site/platforms. Utilizes analytics and other data to optimize the site/3rd party portals.
  • Advises on the user experience and ensures consistent representation of brand across digital platforms.
  • Identifies and resolves risks and vulnerabilities detected in the web environment.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web design, web development, UX, or related
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web design, web development, UX, or related

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web design, web development, UX, or related
  • Experience managing website or digital properties
  • Experience working with technology resources and risk/compliance business partners

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
