Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for advising the business and translating business objectives into Human Resources strategies that drive business results. Ensures talent needs and concerns and organizational effectiveness is addressed.

  • Enhances HR practices that allow the company to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent.

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It

  • Partners with the business to define goals and objectives. Develops and implements HR strategies to support business plans, including workforce plan and talent strategies.

  • Consults with business leadership in the identification, development, assessment, and management of talent.

  • Supports the business with change management and organizational redesign efforts.

  • Designs and implements HR solutions to solve strategic business challenges.

  • Consults and develops strategies for improving employee engagement.


Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or related experience

  • In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 4+ years of primary experience consulting with executive or senior leadership

  • 2+ years of global HR experience

  • 2+ years of HR consulting experience with a complex business model and workforce

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
