Job Title:              Senior Manager, Policies and Procedures (multiple openings)

  

Job Location:       Riverwoods, IL 

Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Owns and manages the Enterprise Policy and Procedures Program. Serves as Product Owner for the policy and procedure modules within the Company’s GRC tool and associates technologies. Recruits, trains, and leads team members. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Travel required.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a compliance or security-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in: Legal and Regulatory Compliance; Policy governance using, Archer, customized SharePoint portals, and MS Office software; Technical Writing; Editorial staff/management; GRC technologies including Archer, ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management; Technology Project Management using JIRA; Develop reporting using SnowFlake, ServiceNow, and Tableau.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $145,059 to $174,200. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
