Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Assemble, lead and mentor a staff of technically competent, thoughtful, and customer-centric technology experts. This includes ensuring the team adheres to sound principles of data engineering within their technical domain, applying consistency to technical solutions, embracing, and sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a data engineering related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in: Directing daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. Designing and developing data ingestion and processing frameworks leveraging data tools such as Lucid Chart, Microsoft Visio, Ab Initio, Control M scheduler. Developing and enhancing technology solutions to enable seamless integration and flow of data across the data ecosystem. Consulting team members during the design and development of projects. Leading teams that develop and deliver data and analytics solutions.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $122,990.00 to $175,600.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
