Job Location:  Riverwoods, Illinois

Job Type:        Full Time 

Duties: Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to translate business problem into analytical framework(s), and independently recommend actions and provide business insights. Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Programming languages including Python, R, or SAS; Data structure and visualization using Tableau or similar BI visualization tool; Data reporting and modeling using SQL; Premise or cloud-based data tools including Teradata, Snowflake, or Jupyter Notebook; Reports and dashboards using Tableau and MS Excel; Advanced Excel skills including pivots, charts, VLOOKUPs, intricate formulas, conditional formatting, and data tables.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $131,498.00 to $177,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
