Duties: Manages relationships and coordinates work between different teams across all locations. Partners with scrum and system teams to create awareness of priority and schedule of deployment activities through environments to ensure the focus is sustained on the highest priority technical and business features. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field, and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal IT Operations Specialist-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Utilizing Agile methodology to lead change management initiatives to define process requirements, user-acceptance testing, and post-implementation validation; Identifying opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, and observing workflows through the problem management process; Developing context across multiple complex projects, analyzing trends, and identifying system and process gaps; Utilizing agile methodologies and tools, as including Scaled Agile Framework. Coordinating change management of banking software platforms, including quality analysis, pre and post validation, and proper documentation; Utilizing Agile methodologies; understanding testing environments and testing practices and developing and supporting test environment products; Delivering transformation programs with complex technology stacks and multiple stakeholders, including Jira, Cl/CD stack tools, GitHub, Jenkins, Windows Server, and WebSphere.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $126,755.00 to $169,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
