Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for performing compliance audits on third party recovery vendors to ensure that such vendors adhere to established policy, procedures, contractual obligations and applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for training of new employees and performance management of their team.

Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.


How You'll Do It

  • Performs on-site compliance audits of our third party Agency and Attorney vendors (Travel Required) and report results to management.
  • Trains new employees.
  • Reviews team audits for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensures team operates within budget.
  • Manages a team of travel auditors and responsible for performance management of team members.
  • Drives the implementation of ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary.
  • Shadows team members on audits 2-4 times per year for calibration and training.
  • Responsible for team Performance Evaluations.


Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • 2+ years People Management.

Preferred Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • 4+ years Collections and Legal Flow Process or related experience.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

We hire employees for our community-based customer care centers, who are required to work on-site for their first six months. After six months of employment, we then provide the option to transition to a hybrid or fully remote work model.

Our community-based customer care centers are located in Chicago, Illinois (Chatham) and Columbus, OH (Whitehall).

We hire many employees in the following states as fully remote:

  • Arizona
  • Delaware (including the surrounding states of MD, NJ, PA)
  • Illinois
  • Ohio
  • Utah

This excludes any role that is hired in our community-based customer care centers located in Chicago, Illinois (Chatham) or Columbus, OH (Whitehall).
