We are currently hiring for shifts between the following hours:

  • 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM MDT (Utah)

Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday with no weekends.

What You'll Do

  • Under moderate supervision, responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness as well as performing data entry and basic accounting functions.

  • Updates spreadsheets and graphs with established data, processes transactions within specified timeframes to support customer correspondence and maintains applicable inventories.

  • Creates spreadsheets with applicable formulas to support business need. Research, identify and corrects out-of-balance work.

  • Maintains and file documents as per retention requirements.

  • May partner with vendors associated with mailing and inventory supplies.

  • May support inventory management including validations and material handling as needed (operating motorized and/or non-motorized equipment, forklift certification required. On-site training and certification provided).

  • Must pass a keying test. Must be proficient with two or more key production areas and rotate assignments as needed.

  • Provides training support for new employees.

  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Performs accounting functions using spreadsheets for data collection, comparisons and balancing to ensure accuracy.

  • Researches, identify and correct out-of-balance work, making adjustments as needed and/or escalating per established procedures.

  • Initiates or issue inquiries to internal departments or external vendors when necessary.

  • Performs routine data entry within spreadsheets and/or established databases.

  • Maintains and updates excel spreadsheets.

  • Reviews documents for accuracy/completeness, makes necessary adjustments and corrections or escalates per established procedures.

  • May support inventory/material handling, reviews and adjustments.

  • Produces reports to document/verify, and/or create statistics as required by function.

  • Maintains documents and inventory control systems per established procedures.

  • Files documents following established retention policies.

  • Ensures quality control on all work assigned.

  • May provide training support for new employees (after proficient).

  • May provide answers to workflow questions (after proficient).


Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years Data entry, or related experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Forklift Certification Upon Hire

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $18.00 to $25.10. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

We hire employees for our community-based customer care centers, who are required to work on-site for their first six months. After six months of employment, we then provide the option to transition to a hybrid or fully remote work model.

Our community-based customer care centers are located in Chicago, Illinois (Chatham) and Columbus, OH (Whitehall).

We hire many employees in the following states as fully remote:

  • Arizona
  • Delaware (including the surrounding states of MD, NJ, PA)
  • Illinois
  • Ohio
  • Utah

This excludes any role that is hired in our community-based customer care centers located in Chicago, Illinois (Chatham) or Columbus, OH (Whitehall).
