Scroll through the panels to learn more about each phase.

Phase 1: Bootcamp

Your first 30 days will be a mixture of both in the classroom and experiential learning. This phase is meant to set you up for success by laying the foundation of your analytical and professional development. This is where you will also be assigned your first project, performance coach, and project supervisor.

Phase 2: Exploration rotations

During your exploration phase, you will have the opportunity to rotate into a business area. During this rotation you will receive business exposure, develop domain knowledge, and, along the way, you will receive targeted training and professional development.

Phase 3: Specialized rotations

In this phase, you will have a specialized rotation in which you will have the opportunity to become integrated into the rotation team. This exposure and support of both your performance coach and rotation supervisor will help you to identify your areas of interest for your post-program role.

Phase 4: AARC placement

If you are on track, you will work with your performance coach and business consultant on your post-program placement. Depending on your post-program placement, your time can be split between both our Riverwoods (HQ) and Chicago (606) offices.
