Our New Whitehall Customer Care Center
The first class of Whitehall customer service employees.
The first few classes of stellar customer service employees have now officially joined the fold of #LifeAtDiscover! These classes were able to learn, train, and onboard in our brand-new training rooms at the Whitehall center to dig into the work, understand the job, and get confident in their role before graduating and helping build a brighter financial future.
Living into our commitment to social impact, our Whitehall facility has continued to help stimulate the local economy through local jobs and spending with local businesses. Discover also built out a second “Shine Bright Community Center.” Like the first center at the Chatham location, which opened in August of 2022, this center is a dedicated space for community-based organizations to host meetings, events, and volunteer activities.
Team members volunteered at “Community Career Day” where community members were invited to tour the new Whitehall location, meet the Discover team, and learn about career opportunities.
