As a Data Analyst, you'll be crucial to Discover's success. You'll drive high-quality, fact-based decisions, improve capabilities and processes – and you'll help us mitigate fraud, risk, and other potential business threats.

You'll be joining the team behind Discover Shanghai – our Analytics Centre of Excellence that's helping us make waves in the financial services sector. We specialize in data-driven decision analytics and provide comprehensive solutions to support all business. We use scientific quantitative tools, leading statistical methodology and big data technology to analyze insights. We are commited to building the financial service sector's best analytics center in China. Opportunities for recent graduates

At Discover, recent graduates and emerging talent have the freedom to explore a variety of career paths to help find your spark and uncover your passion.

Our Shanghai-based Data Analyst Program lets you take the first step on that journey. Our tailor-made scheme is the full package, offering real business challenges, on-the-job experience, and interaction with executive leaders.

You’ll learn to identify service and data issues, formulate hypotheses, collect quantitative and qualitative data, and perform data analysis. You’ll also give recommendations to the business and deliver presentation of your findings to senior management.

Although our hub is located in Shanghai, we're accepting applications from anywhere in the Asia-Pacific region.
