TITLE: Lead Customer Contact Strategy Specialist
DUTIES: Discover Products Inc., seeks Lead Customer Contact Strategy Specialist in Riverwoods, IL to be responsible for managing projects that optimize customer interactions and experiences. Identify process improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and implement them. Manage projects from inception to implementation. Obtain business support, define requirements, authorize project documentation, lead walk throughs, create and execute test cases, and ensure projects meet milestones and timelines. Guide technical design and development of system implementation projects. Troubleshoot system issues. Report issue identifications, causes, resolutions, and mitigation to the business and risk management. Ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance practices and adherence to required standards and processes. Develop and recommend process improvement opportunities. Promote a risk-aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related quantitative field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: performing technical product lifecycle development; utilizing Agile methodology; utilizing technologies, including Oracle as Business Intelligence tool; writing queries to retrieve data for data analysis utilizing databases, including Oracle to troubleshoot issues; using Agile project management tool to manage projects and review results to identify areas for improvement; interpreting data to support management and customer contact channels with decision making, policy formulation, and strategy enhancement; and monitoring performance trends using Sisense. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in the above listed fields and two (2) years of experience in the above-listed areas.
