Our UK Programmes

Opportunities for students and graduates

Kickstart your career with our Summer Internship Programme. You'll get expert training, exposure to senior leaders, and make your mark on exciting projects. You’ll also learn about the tech, data & analytics and business enhancements that are changing the shape of financial services.

You’ll join our Business Technology function where you’ll be involved in challenging, meaningful work, from day one. If you’re a Computer Engineering student with a strong academic record (graduating with a 2:2 or higher), this Internship’s for you. It’s a chance to further your professional development and gain a breadth of experience. After graduation, you'll be considered for our Full-Time graduate Programme.

What we’re looking for:

Candidates with a passion for tech and personal development
Students and graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
Students and graduates aiming for or with a 2:2 or higher
For the Summer Internship, we can only accept applications from students in the penultimate year of their degree

With our Business Technology Graduate Development Programme, you’ll move through a series of rotations, learning and gaining invaluable experience. You’ll have the freedom to explore, try new roles, and work on a variety of projects while receiving mentoring, skill development, and a variety of assignments. You’ll tackle real-world technology initiatives, cross-functional projects, and challenging work. As you take on high-exposure projects, you’ll get to flex your managerial skills and deliver critical projects that affect the bottom line.
